Most house component system failures that have been discovered
by this firm over the past 11 years are a result of application errors and/or
the lack of regular maintenance. The results of a minor flashing error, for
example can be significant in terms of mold and mildew growth inside the home
and/or water damage to the structural components of the home.
The maintenance inspection program will be conducted by
professional, objective inspectors who will have no incentive to “find”
problems but will be able to detect minor problems before they develop into
major issues.
