Our Mission

Terry Finegan and all of the inspectors at Finegan Inspection Services, Inc. subscribe fully to the codes and ethics recommended by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and attend different ASHI-sponsored continuing education seminars yearly.

We conduct full house and condominium inspections, for both pre-sale and
pre purchase. We welcome our clients to accompany us throughout the entire course of the 2-3 hour inspection. Our detailed reports ranged from 12-20 pages in length for pre purchase inspections. For new home construction, the report is normally presented in "punch-out" list format, which is easily understood by builders. We also conduct partial inspections for those clients only wanting to have specific areas of their home inspected.

Company Profile

Finegan Inspection Services, Inc. was established in 1992 as a full service home and multi-residence inspection agency. Prior to this, Terry Finegan built custom homes and performed custom remodeling work in the Warren County and Cincinnati areas for over 10 years.

Terry is a graduate of Miami University of Oxford, Ohio, and has a Master's Degree in Administration from the University of Dayton. He has excellent, hands-on experience in all facets of residential construction and is very conversant with area building codes and regulations.
Since much of an inspection is based upon visual observation, his thorough working knowledge of the building industry results in a highly qualified, easily understood, insightful reporting of any residence inspected.
